Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP) - House Call - Seasonal Per Diem

Job Summary
Conduct concierge emergency medical care for Sollis Health patients in clinics and at home visits under attending physician supervision. Perform medical evaluations, formulate differential diagnoses, and treat urgent and emergent cases including atrial fibrillation, sepsis, and complex pediatric or geriatric patients. Execute procedures such as IV access, fluid administration, suturing, phlebotomy, and EKGs while managing Covid-related cases with point-of-care testing and symptom relief. Maintain high-level clinical charting and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and the house call team. Ensure comprehensive transfer of pending labs or imaging to in-clinic providers at shift end. Deliver top-quality care to five-star clientele while adhering to all organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida State
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- House call, EMS/pre-hospital, concierge experience
- Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings
- Strong clinical skills
- Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration
- Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment
- Strong process and organizational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
- Be comfortable interfacing with five-star clientele
- Per Diem - 10a-6p -2 - 4 shifts a month - Seasonal (September-May)
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 2-3 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers
