Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP) - House Call - Part Time

Job Summary
Conduct concierge emergency medical care for Sollis Health patients in clinics and at home visits under attending physician supervision. Perform medical evaluations, formulate differential diagnoses, and treat urgent and emergent cases including atrial fibrillation, sepsis, and complex pediatric or geriatric patients. Execute procedures such as IV access, fluid administration, suturing, phlebotomy, and EKGs while managing Covid-related cases through clinical sampling and point-of-care testing. Maintain detailed clinical charting and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and the house call team. Ensure comprehensive transfer of responsibility for pending labs or imaging at shift end. Work part-time 10a-6p for 16 hours weekly with DEA license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and experience with high-level customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida State
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers
- House call experience
- EMS/pre-hospital experience
- Concierge experience
- Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings
- Strong clinical skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce and Humanity
- Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration
- Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment
- Strong process and organizational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
- Be comfortable interfacing with five-star clientele
