Job Summary
Independent advanced clinical care as an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with Medavie Health Services West. Responsibilities include safe transportation of individuals (emergency and non-emergency), inter-facility transfers, and operation/maintenance of ambulances and related equipment in accordance with NOCP, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics registration requirements, and Medavie policies. The role requires working the specified shifts, maintaining patient confidentiality, and demonstrating strong teamwork and professionalism. Equal opportunity employer with emphasis on patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered ACP with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics.
- Must submit with resume a copy (front and back) of a valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License (or equivalent).
- Must submit with resume current ACLS, ITLS, and CPR C certification.
- Must submit with resume a current (within last 60 days) valid and clean criminal record check along with a vulnerable sector check.
- Must submit with resume a current (within last 30 days) driver’s abstract.
