Job Summary
Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel, collaborating positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care. The role requires the nurse to assume a lead role in patient teaching and may involve working across other patient care units or shifts based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Previous experience preferred in critical care setting
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work every weekend and holiday rotation as required
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs
