Advanced Cardiac Care Clinical Nurse - (Part-Time) Days

Advanced Cardiac Care Unit (ACCU) nurse role providing direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing care standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care, and administers medications. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with the interprofessional team and patient/family; utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering cultural and population-specific factors. This is a safety-sensitive position in a 48-bed ACCU within Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital, offering day shifts on a part-time basis with 24-hour coverage and opportunities for career ladder advancement.
