Advanced Cardiac Care Clinical Nurse - (Nights)

Advanced Cardiac Care Clinical Nurse on the night shift at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in the ACCU provides direct patient care across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, participates in safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans. The role supports professional development and career progression through the BJC RN Career Ladder, with 3-12 hour shifts, every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday, orientation per individual needs, and Magnet designation considerations. Minimum requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's and RN licensure; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a safety-sensitive nursing position based in Saint Louis, Missouri, within the greater St. Louis area.
