Advanced Cardiac Care Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within ACCU guidelines. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural values. Work full-time in a 48-bed, fast-paced cardiac unit.
