Job Summary

Design and deliver instruction for the Advanced Beverage Management course, primarily in an online asynchronous format, using the Institute's learning management system. Compile and present instructional materials including video lectures, readings, and audio clips while ensuring content remains current and aligned with graduate-level standards. Evaluate student performance through timely, rubric-aligned feedback and maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and progress. Facilitate the online learning environment via announcements, discussion engagement, and regular student outreach, while holding weekly office hours and enforcing academic policies. Collaborate with instructional design teams to maintain course quality and participate in mandatory faculty training and meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • minimum five (5) years experience in area of specialization
  • Must be available to work the assigned course schedule
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as required due to business needs
  • Regular work requires a great deal of sitting and standing for extended periods
  • Regular work requires the use of a computer, sometimes in excess of eight (8) hours per day

Desired Qualifications

  • PhD in area specialization
  • Graduate or undergraduate college level teaching experience
  • Online teaching experience
  • Experience with Moodle or similar online education software
