Job Summary

Design and deliver instruction for the Advanced Beverage Management course, emphasizing applied analysis, professional communication, and industry relevance in an online asynchronous format. Compile and present current instructional materials including video lectures, readings, and audio clips while collaborating with the Instructional Design team to maintain alignment with program outcomes. Evaluate student work using rubrics, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and progress. Facilitate the online learning environment through regular announcements, discussion engagement, and proactive outreach to support student success. Hold weekly office hours, enforce academic policies, and participate in faculty meetings and mandatory trainings as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • minimum five (5) years experience in area of specialization
  • Must be available to work the assigned course schedule
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as required due to business needs
  • Regular work requires a great deal of sitting and standing for extended periods
  • Regular work requires the use of a computer, sometimes in excess of eight (8) hours per day

Desired Qualifications

  • PhD in area specialization
  • Graduate or undergraduate college level teaching experience
  • Online teaching experience
  • Experience with Moodle or similar online education software
