Job Summary
Implement specific ABA programs and treatment plans for children with autism or developmental disabilities while collecting data and collaborating with parents. Assist with client programming, analyze data to identify issues, and recommend programming goals. Conduct monthly team meetings, respond to parent questions, and prepare progress reports. Write first drafts of progress reports, review client programs on Catalyst, and provide field support to BIs and parent education services. Act as a floater for school cases and assist with coordination of care. Assist BCBAs with requested support tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of two-years experience working with children with special needs and/or autism
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed
