Advanced Associate, Sales (CA Selling - APAC) role supporting revenue growth across Australia & New Zealand by handling structured sales tasks, quotes and proposals, order forms, and post-sales documentation; maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce; conduct lead qualification and outbound outreach, respond to inbound inquiries, and guide small-to-mid-size accounts through the sales process; collaborate with Sales Specialists, participate in account reviews, and provide customer support from onboarding to issue resolution for licensing, delivery, and invoicing; focus on high-value enterprise accounts and ensure organized, efficient sales operations.
