Advanced Associate, Fraud Investigation

Job Summary
Maintain response plans for test security alerts and incidents, then respond to, investigate, document, track, and remediate security issues escalated from other departments. Liaise with program coordinators, program managers, and technical support to conduct forensic analysis, preserve evidence, and ensure chain of custody procedures are followed. Undertake analysis of test security data, external artifacts, and investigative research using online databases while maintaining accurate documentation of incident history and findings. Collaborate with test sponsors on joint investigations, prepare closure reports for management, and coordinate corrective actions involving candidates and test centers. Document and improve security processes, submit requests for system enhancements, and facilitate operational security meetings. Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to data protection awareness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Research and/or investigative experience in corporate or fraud investigation, paralegal research, litigation preparation, loss prevention or information security
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Investigative/security credential (CPI, CISSP or CISM)
- Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
- Research and/or investigative experience in corporate or fraud investigation, paralegal research, litigation preparation, loss prevention or information security preferred
