Job Summary
Subject-matter expert for Workforce Planning partnering with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to define and drive workforce planning initiatives; establishes standards for labor forecasting, workforce demand and supply planning, and scenario modeling; leads highly complex modeling efforts; advises leadership on workforce strategy and transformation; drives adoption of Workday/UKG and analytics solutions; supports executive-level narratives and recommendations; requires extensive analytics capabilities (Excel, SQL) and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau); based in Knoxville, TN; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum ten years of experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, operations strategy, finance analytics or related field
- Experience operating in complex, large-scale, field-based environments
- Advanced analytics and modeling (Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
