Job Summary
Fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon sought for Level II Trauma Center in Erie, PA. Role features 1:1 model with an advanced practice provider, dedicated Joint Unit, extensive high-volume total joint/reconstruction program, and outpatient clinic with in-house x-ray and DME. EPIC and Cerner EMR systems in use; ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program; fellowship in Adult Reconstruction preferred but not required. Board eligibility or certification in Orthopaedic Surgery required; ability to obtain PA medical license and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program completion
- Accredited Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Program completion
- Fellowship preferred, not required
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
