Job Summary
Advance your career at a Level II Trauma Center in Erie, PA as an Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction preferred. Join a 1:1 advanced practice provider model within a Dedicated Joint Unit and Total Joint Replacement Center of Excellence. The role includes a high-volume surgical program, outpatient clinic with in-house x-ray/DME, and access to Epic and Cerner EMR systems, with an ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program. Eligible for PSLF with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME support, and malpractice coverage are included. Requires MD/DO, completed Orthopaedic Residency, completed Adult Reconstruction Fellowship (or eligible), board eligibility/certification in Orthopaedic Surgery, Pennsylvania medical licensure readiness, and DEA certification.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program completion
- Accredited Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Program completion
- Open to recent fellowship-trained surgeons
- Fellowship preferred, not required
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
