Advance Practice Provider - Vascular

Assess and manage vascular patients in the office, establish treatment plans, and document medications, orders, and chart notes into the EMR. Review priority imaging to identify conditions and coordinate referrals to vascular surgeons. Act as a liaison between physicians and patients, providing instructions and advising on needs via in-person visits or virtual follow-ups. Collaborate on outpatient testing, participate in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, and assist with hospital rounding and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain clinical expertise through CEU activities and literature review while contributing to research endeavors as requested.
