Job Summary
Clinician will deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Role supports both in-person and virtual visits (from the clinic) and involves diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, vaccination administration, and care coordination with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payments collection; practice at the top of license with strong clinical support and collaborative resources. Education requirements include a Master's degree and current NP/PA credentials; DOT and BLS certifications required; clinic-based duties with the ability to work in a hybrid care model when applicable. Location: Round Rock, TX. This is a full-time float position in the Greater Austin area with an hourly pay range of $64.50-$73.50/hr, plus shift differentials and incentive plans. The role encompasses both in-clinic care and potential virtual care during periods of lower onsite volume, with emphasis on delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner (Family NP) or Physician Assistant studies
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC for NPs OR NCCPA for PAs)
- Active, unrestricted state APRN license (NP) or PA license
- DOT certification completed within 30 days of employment
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to pass a respirator FIT test
- Physical presence at assigned clinic required
- Experience with EPIC EHR preferred (for clinical documentation)
