Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 6–8 patients per day. Support appointments with assistants in select markets and utilize a company car and driver where available. The role emphasizes quality over volume, offering minimal call responsibilities and no weekend or evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
