Job Summary
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday through Friday, focusing on complex healthcare needs with a patient-centered approach rather than volume. Deliver personalized care under an integrated, team-based, physician-driven model across 14 states. Work full-time with minimal call responsibilities and no weekends or evenings, supported by an assistant in select markets. Enjoy a company car with driver in select markets, plus access to UpToDate on your tablet and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
