Job Summary
Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion care, in a patient-centered, respectful and inclusive manner. Perform annual exams, counsel and prescribe contraception, diagnose and treat medical conditions including STIs, and coordinate care with RNs and the Case Management team. Document visits in the EHR, participate in training of technical skills (e.g., phlebotomy and ultrasound), contribute to quality improvement, uphold OSHA/CLIA/HIPAA compliance, and engage in DEI initiatives. Role may involve travel between primary health centers as needed; preferred full-time but part-time considered; Oregon licensure as NP/CNM/PA required or ability to obtain upon hire; CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Proficiency in professional communication, teamwork, and a commitment to culturally responsive care are expected.
