Job Summary
Define and execute engineering strategy to support plant growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. Serve as the bridge between Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transfer and sustainable operation of new products and processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or Industrial Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing operations with 5+ in leadership, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP. Reports to the Cienega Plant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations with 5+ in a leadership role
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lean inventory practices and demand planning
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and project management skills
