Advance Field Engineer Nuclear Medicine/CT

Job Summary
Conduct advanced system-level troubleshooting, installation, and service repair for designated diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT and Nuclear Medicine. Interface daily with doctors and technicians to resolve status issues, maintain customer service logs, and ensure proper follow-up. Perform complex multi-functional system fixes, lead troubleshooting guidance for other engineers, and manage warranty and PMS contract cost control. Complete all field modification instructions (FMI's) and quality compliance documentation within prescribed timeframes while adhering to ISO 9001 standards. Identify sales opportunities to support business growth in the assigned geographic area.
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma or B-Tech Degree level or equivalent
- Technical analytical skills
- proven Field Services experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific Diagnostic Imaging modality or multi-modalities
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- High work standards and quality
- Initiative and motivation
- Plans and organizes work effectively
- Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with CT
