Job Summary
Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design of data analytics solutions. Manage project progress and quality by executing analytics design, data extraction and cleansing, statistical testing, exploratory data analysis, and model creation. Develop advanced reporting dashboards and oversee solution implementation while monitoring post-implementation performance. Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering continuous improvement and skill enhancement. Expand project opportunities through pre-sales activities and collaborate with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide actionable insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Lead and manage data analytics projects from business challenge identification, analysis design, analysis execution through to solution implementation
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project progress and quality align with client expectations and business objectives
- Leverage advanced knowledge of data analysis/statistics knowledge, tools (Python, R, SAS) and data management solutions (SQL, BI dashboards)
- Organize analysis results to report and clearly present it, providing actionable insights to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition
- Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team to drive continuous growth
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
