Job Summary
Advanced Specialist, Sales responsibilities include driving corporate B2B and B2B2C sales for Pearson’s English Language Learning assessment portfolio in China, building senior-level relationships with decision-makers, conducting corporate visits, delivering product demonstrations, coordinating cross-functional resources, and leading events and promotional activities to expand adoption and test volume. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales/partnerships experience, fluent English and Mandarin, strong presentation and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel domestically. This role focuses on strategic account management, channel planning, market opportunities, and collaboration with education institutions and industry partners to position Pearson as a trusted partner in English language assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of B2B sales or partnerships experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Frequent domestic travel required
- Independent, proactive, highly organized with excellent time management
- Proven track record in selling to corporates and managing senior-level relationships
