Job Summary
Adult Social Worker for the Support and Safeguarding Team in Camden. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of adults’ needs and risks, develop personalized support plans, provide information and support to adults and families regarding services, and coordinate safeguarding interventions with healthcare professionals, law enforcement and other agencies. You will advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, maintain accurate case records, and respond promptly to safeguarding concerns following established procedures. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and working in a hybrid arrangement to support work-life balance. Requires SWE registration, a Social Work degree, at least 2 years post-qualification experience, and a full UK licence.
