Job Summary
Adult Social Worker in CMHT role with hybrid arrangement in Blackpool. Conduct mental health assessments and risk assessments, carry out safeguarding evaluations, and collaborate with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop recovery-focused care plans. Serve as a Care Coordinator under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), ensuring timely reviews, documentation, and coordination of services; liaise with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and external agencies to provide holistic support. Provide crisis intervention and safeguard management, identify safeguarding concerns, and attend strategy meetings as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
