Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and preparing meals. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping. Provide patient-specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Weekend shift differential and health insurance available for full-time equivalent roles.
