Job Summary
Adult Services Director responsible for overseeing administrative, clinical, quality, personnel, and business/financial operations for Adult Service lines in a defined geography. Manages program development, staff recruitment and onboarding, supervision, budget oversight, CQI participation, and collaboration with stakeholders. Provides 24/7 crisis response to supervisors, models staff development, leads weekly staff meetings, ensures integrated physical and mental health care, and coordinates care coordination and health education. Must hold a Masters in Mental Health or Social Work and be licensed, with minimum 2 years of leadership experience; hybrid in-person/remote work based in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Mental Health or Social Work and fully or associate level licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge and experience working with the adult mental health community in NC
- Understanding of the NC mental health system
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation (hybrid in-person/remote role based in Charlotte, NC)
