Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including coaching hygiene routines, meal preparation, and medication administration. Facilitate recreational activities, assist with transportation, and complete required paperwork while monitoring home and community safety. Build positive connections with individuals, their families, and service coordinators to promote independent living skills. Requires a valid driver's license, MAPS certification, and availability for a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland, MA. Full-time role in Sterling, MA, with Thursday through Saturday evening and weekend shifts, offering a starting salary of $20.50/hour plus bonuses for MAP certification.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
