Adult Residential Support Professional - Weekends

Job Summary
Provide care, services, and support to residents in ARJ programs at Aspen Center. Responsibilities include monitoring and interacting with residents, documenting behaviors and maintaining records, assisting with housekeeping, distributing clothing and supplies, administering medications per policy, sharing client status updates with external partners while maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, supporting treatment-plan goals, problem-solving independently, attending staff meetings and trainings, assisting with meal preparation and shopping, transporting residents to appointments and activities, collecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer tests as needed, leading educational group activities, providing basic first aid, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related fields may be required depending on contract
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- DHS 83 training (Fire Safety, First Aid, Choking Procedures, Standard Precautions, Medication Administration) preferred; required after hire
- Experience in similar services preferred
