Adult Residential Support Professional - Full Time 2nd Shift

Adult Residential Support Professional on 2nd shift at Fahrman Center (42-bed co-ed facility) providing care, treatment, and supervision to residents in addictions and restorative justice programs; responsibilities include monitoring and recording observations, medication monitoring/administration, organizing supplies, transporting residents, facilitating educational group activities, responding to emergencies, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with external partners, and supporting residents to achieve treatment goals. The role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, and the contract requires one male and one female on shift. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required; ability to read, write, perform math tasks, problem solve, and maintain professional boundaries is essential. DHS 83 training is preferred but may be obtained after hire; prior experience in related services is preferred.
