Adult Residential Facility Administrator - Arroyo Grande

Maintain regulatory compliance mandated by licensing and Regional Centers while ensuring client health, well-being, and safety. Manage staffing and labor hours to provide quality care, train direct support staff, and oversee daily operations including documentation, medication audits, and performance evaluations. Communicate with conservators, families, and advocates regarding client quality of life, and act as a first responder for emergencies with 24-hour on-call response. Ensure safety compliance to prevent injuries and schedule medical appointments for residents. Requires Adult Residential Facility Certification, DSP I and II, and three years of supervisory experience working with Level 4I+ clients.
