Job Summary
Speech Pathologist (PRN) at Encompass Health in Snook, TX. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories; and providing compassionate care within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation system. Qualifications include current licensure or state certification, CCC credential, CPR within 30 days of hire, with a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification by state regulations for speech-language pathology
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
