Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for adults with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Provide speech-language pathology services, identify issues, modify treatment as needed, track and document patient progress, and celebrate patient victories as part of a comprehensive care plan within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Hold current licensure or state-certified credentials, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and typically possess a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's with relevant field experience to support evidence-based, patient-centered therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
