Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient setting; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment; provide compassionate care to support patient recovery and celebrate progress within a national rehabilitation leader; opportunities for career growth, continued education, and a supportive team environment; licensure or certification required, CCC-SLP, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred or a Bachelor's degree with field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience
