Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment; delivering services in inpatient rehabilitation as part of Encompass Health's team; requires state licensure and CCC, with CPR certification within 30 days of hire; PRN positions available; Walker Wheelock, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
