Job Summary
Adult Psychiatrist providing inpatient rounds on weekend inpatient behavioral health units and on-call coverage at the Behavioral Medicine Center, Loma Linda CA. Responsibilities include conducting inpatient rounds, managing acute psychiatric issues, staff supervision or consultation to residents/NPs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team; may involve teaching and working with residents/students as available. Compensation is hourly (base range $190-$195) with potential variation by experience/rank; benefits include retirement contributions and malpractice insurance; California residency required at start; Conrad 30 waiver not eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist
- Inpatient rounds
- on-call coverage
- supervision or consultation to residents and/or nurse practitioners
- onsite weekend inpatient rounding on adult behavioral health units
