Job Summary
Board-eligible or board-certified Adult Psychiatrist sought to join Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group at the Behavioral Medicine Center. Responsibilities include inpatient rounds and management of acute psychiatric issues, taking calls and staff cases for psychiatric residents and/or nurse practitioners, collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team, and providing supervision or consultation to residents and/or nurse practitioners when present. Duties may be performed independently and may involve collaboration with Nurse Practitioners; in a training setting, may include working with residents and/or students when available. Opportunities for academic appointment and teaching through Loma Linda University School of Medicine, leadership development, and program growth are available. Compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered, with relocation assistance if applicable. California residency is required upon start date. This position is located in Fontana, CA.
