Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to support individualized treatment plans and promote patient stability and recovery within the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program. Deliver comprehensive care to patients requiring partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient services while maintaining board certification or eligibility. This role is based in California and requires residency upon start date. The position offers a starting base compensation range of $250,000–$321,000, subject to departmental plans and experience. Required Qualifications
