Job Summary
Adult Outpatient Therapist-Connections provides individual and group therapy for adults 18+ in an office-based setting within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic framework. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based treatment, creating and updating treatment plans, conducting assessments, participating in multi-disciplinary team care, and supporting crisis services in collaboration with walk-in clinic intakes. Requires a master’s degree in social work or equivalent and licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or supervision). Office-based, with flexible scheduling and travel to off-site locations as needed; mileage reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a master's degree in social work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
- Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC or under licensure supervision.
- Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
