Adult Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments, triage, and referrals for the adult population. Deliver a full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, case management, and crisis stabilization, while performing annual treatment planning and reviews. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in medical records adhering to State of NH, HIPAA, and Agency Quality Assurance standards. Check client insurance information and attend assigned meetings, trainings, and events. Work in individual or group settings with a mix of in-home and remote days per management discretion. Requires a New Hampshire license, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in New Hampshire to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic services
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
- Must be able to exercise independent judgement and use discretion in the performance of these duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
- Must possess computer skills necessary to perform duties of this position
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of adequate automobile liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
