Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across the lifespan while conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community agencies, and participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision. Respond to crisis situations and maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Complete assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries within established timelines. Work Monday through Friday in an outpatient setting with licensure supervision and opportunities for clinical development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Kentucky clinical license (CSW, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, mental health disorders, family systems, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field preferred
- Active Kentucky clinical license (CSW, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) preferred but not required
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services preferred
