Adult Nurse Practitioner or Adult Physician Assistant (NP)

Conduct comprehensive adult patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage chronic conditions within the assigned clinical area. Perform diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret tests, and provide patient education on disease management and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated treatment and follow-up scheduling. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards and facility protocols.
