Adult Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, while ensuring timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care. The role supports ongoing professional development through supervision and continuing education, with leadership opportunities to guide the next generation of mental health providers. The compensation range is presented as per billable unit; base benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and dependent coverage. Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- If required, provisional license per state regulation
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
