Job Summary
Mental Health Practitioner or Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker for NE Minneapolis, MN, delivering Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services as part of an integrated treatment team. Responsibilities include developing person-centered treatment/community support plans, implementing interventions, coordinating services, and maintaining detailed records for adults and/or children with mental illness. Roles require driving eligibility, MVR clearance, and licensure considerations. Education paths include master’s or bachelor’s with practicum/internship in behavioral sciences, with extensive supervised experience options. Required Qualifications
- Pass MVR check
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Education: 30 or 45 quarter hours in behavioral science or related fields
- Experience: At least 2,000 hours of supervised experience delivering services to adults/children with mental illness/substance use disorder/emotional disturbance, or related conditions; training in recovery, de-escalation, co-occurring disorders, and psychotropic medications
- Education: Holds a master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related fields OR holds a bachelor's degree with practicum/internship focused on behavioral sciences
- Experience: At least 4,000 hours of supervised experience with requirement of 2,000 hours and weekly clinical supervision
- Graduate Internship Placement: graduate student formally assigned for clinical training
