Adult Mental Health Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care for adult psychiatric inpatients, assesses patient condition, performs procedures as ordered, documents in the medical record, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver holistic treatment plans, and serves as an advocate for patients/families while supporting recovery.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employment start date
