Job Summary
Adult Mental Health Nurse - RN provides patient-centered care in an inpatient psychiatric setting, coordinating and delivering care per department needs and in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and each shift, performing ordered procedures, documenting care in the medical record, responding promptly to patient needs, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver a holistic treatment plan, while serving as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care. Requires RN license, Associate Degree, and completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
