Job Summary
Internal Medicine Physician sought for outpatient care in an academic internal medicine clinic within the Trinity Health Grand Rapids hospital. Role is Full Time (0.9 FTE) with duties including general medical exams, immunizations, treatment of acute illnesses, minor procedures, and coordinated outpatient care. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, documenting in Epic, engaging in quality improvement, and supporting community health initiatives. The office operates 8am–5pm, with an ongoing call rotation among outpatient internal medicine physicians, and a close-knit team supported by RNs, MAs, triage nurses, and care-management staff. Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Board certification in internal medicine or board eligible and will become board certified within five years
