Job Summary
Adult Medicine Physician role focused on Primary Care with a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule. The position includes 15 patients/day, no rounding, no nights, and no weekends, with a flexible schedule and optional call rotation for additional pay. First year assignments are in Fort Myers, with second year consisting of 3 days in Fort Myers and 2 days in Cape Coral. Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice/tail coverage, PTO and holidays, health/dental/vision, Tele-Doc, CME allowance, and training on Medicare quality care. Requires Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and a Florida medical license; General Practitioners ok. 3 years of managed care experience is required. DEA & state licenses paid, plus 100% health and dental benefits, and risk-adjustment coding training. Training on Medicare Stars and a strong support staff are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Required
- Current Florida Medical License Required
- General Practitioners Ok
- Must-Have 3 Years Managed Care Experience
