Conduct a varied psychiatry practice across inpatient, outpatient, and consult settings, managing 6–12 daily inpatient patients, 4–6 consult-liaison cases, and 3–4 addiction consults while treating adults with conditions including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. Provide crisis stabilization for substance withdrawal, oversee capacity evaluations, and manage medication and psychotherapy for suicidal ideation and psychosis. Deliver outpatient services via behavioral health urgent care, intensive outpatient programs, and telehealth, supported by a dedicated team of licensed clinicians and social workers. Maintain a Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM schedule with at-home weekday call and a weekend rotation every six weeks. Serve as faculty with protected time for teaching five psychiatry residents and medical students, participating in didactics, lectures, and research within a growing academic department.
